✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Please contact us before sending back any items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including:

  • Personal care, skincare, or beauty items that have been opened or used.

  • Intimate items (e.g., razors, undergarments).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

  • Gift cards or digital items.


🔧 Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away with photos or proof so we can make it right quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost.


💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.


🔄 Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, due to receiving a wrong or defective item), we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost once the original product is returned and inspected.
